GUIDED/UNGUIDED-NY & VT Covered Bridges 2024 (Wed-Fri)* - $0.00

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-NY & VT Covered Bridges (Wed-Fri)

Choose how you want to ride, Guided or Unguided! You will meet up with the group at the restaurant and enjoy your meal together.

A stunning ride through New York and Vermont, taking you to at least 7 lovely covered bridges, numerous quaint villages and a restaurant named the #1 Most Beautiful Restaurant in Vermont! This is a perennial favorite of Americade, and if you haven’t done it, then you really should this year. This is a rare opportunity to ride through so many of these classic, and beautiful bridges while taking in the unique beauty of Vermont's quaint villages. This was the #1 rated route since 2021 for good reason (imagine a Norman Rockwell painting). The highlights of the tour are the covered bridges, which in many cases are more than 150 years old yet are open for use to all. Before and after lunch you’ll ride slowly through them, enjoying their unique and charming character. And it’s very difficult to knit together such a good route through so many of them in a single day. THIS is an amazing tour.~155 mi R-T

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-Skyline Ride 2024 (Wed-Sat)* - $0.00

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-Skyline Ride 2023 (Wed-Sat)

A Ride To The Sky - An absolutely stunning mountain ridge ride (see the photos) with a charming bistro lunch in a quintessential Vermont village.

First, you’ll ride through gorgeous farmland toward the Vermont border, taking in great sights of the Green Mountains to your east and riding through a covered bridge (or two). Enjoy this relaxing romp because things are about to get very exciting.

You’re headed to a private toll road (we’ve taken care of the fee) that seemingly balances atop a mountain ridgeline to the very top of the second highest mountain in Vermont. It’s newly paved, marble smooth, and has some legitimate twisty sections. Be prepared wowed.

You’ll be in rarified air, 3,850 feet above sea level. You’ll have 360-degree views of New Hampshire to the east, Massachusetts to the south, New York to your West and, on clear days, Montreal’s Mount Royal!

Afterward, we’re taking you to a quintessential Vermont village that by itself would be worth the ride.  Classic inns, white clapboarding, church spires…the whole deal.  And, in the village we’ll stop for lunch (on us) at a quaint bistro has a great reputation for making great food. You’ll love the food, you’ll be talking about the ride to the sky, and the day is only ½ done!

NEW: Choose how you want to ride, Guided or Unguided! You will meet up with the group at the restaurant and enjoy your meal together.
GUIDED/UNGUIDED-Scenic Riding & Fine Dining 2024 (Wed-Fri)* - $0.00

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-Scenic Riding & Fine Dining (Wed-Fri)

Choose how you want to ride, Guided or Unguided! You will meet up with the group at the restaurant and enjoy your meal together.

A highly entertaining and easygoing guided lakeside ride with great scenery and an elegant lakeside lunch destination.

This is a particularly good all-day ride taking you across and alongside the sinewy shorelines of Lake George and Lake Champlain. There are hundreds of fantastic views on this ride, overlooking the lake, the New York's Adirondack Mountains and Vermont's Green Mountains.

You'll span a large bridge, you'll pass past revolutionary war forts, you'll ride through farmland, you see little Vermont towns, and you'll ultimately have lunch at a remarkable and elegant lakeside resort.

You’ll dine at a gracious resort on the shores of Lake Champlain, owned and operated by the same family since the 1800's! After lunch, stroll along the shoreline for more amazing views. ~160 mi R-T

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-The Reservoir Rambler 2024 (Wed & Fri)* - $0.00

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-Reservoir Ramble (Wed & Fri)

This is one of our best routes packed into a shorter riding day.  You'll ride along miles and miles and miles of winding waterfront on the shores of Lake George, Sacandaga Lake, and the northern Hudson River.  There are lots(!) of gorgeous views paired with this excellent route, and you'll stop at several overlooks to appreciate the views.  Lunch will be at a historic hotel in the center of a small village.  On the ride home, we'll enjoy dessert at a local favorite.  Lunch and ice cream are included. You'll return to Lake George early afternoon. 120 miles.

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-The Queens Loop 2024 (Thu & Sat)* - $20.00

GUIDED/UNGUIDED-The Queens Loop (Thu & Sat)

A very scenic ride mixing lakeside roads with excellent rural riding, coupled with an incredible lunch destination, getting you back to your hotel by early afternoon.  We've created a lap around Lake George like no other, taking you on excellent roads many of which you'd likely never find on your own.  You'll pop into Vermont briefly to enjoy some of our favorite off the grid paved roads, followed by a trip into Ticonderoga where you'll see the spectacular funneling of Lake George into a river.  The route will then take you to one of the grandest and most exclusive lunch destinations in the region - a magnificent hotel on it's own island.  130 miles.
